My Experience
With over 30 years as a Senior Financial and IT Executive, I started my career as a CPA with Ernst & Young and progressed to various Chief Financial Officer (CFO) positions in a variety of industries. To fully utilize my vast experience, I have been providing strategic financial advice to privately-held business owners for the past 8+ years as their trusted business advisor.

My passion is to guide business owners to rise to new heights by identifying and solving their immediate challenges. Driving performance by improving a company's profitability, cash flow, access to capital and related enterprise value is very satisfying as I lead business owners to achieve their long-term goals.

As an entrepreneurial strategic CFO advisor, I have extensive experience in mergers & acquisitions advising both buyers and sellers of companies to maximize their enterprise value and resulting after tax cash.
My Approach
To learn as much as possible about a potential client's business, my service begins with a complimentary Strategic Gap Analysis to assess the needs, challenges, wants and opportunities of the organization. This includes interviews with the business owner and other key management and financial staff who may all have their own unique perspectives. Once I confirm the dominant gaps with the business owner, I will provide a comprehensive written proposal summarizing the engagement with a project schedule, project costs and a simple contract.
