Once businesses outgrow their basic accounting systems, I have the IT project management experience gained as VP of Finance and IT for over 20 years to coordinate the ERP software selection and implementation process. Having led several major ERP conversions during my career, I know how critical the upfront planning and training process is to the success of these projects.
