Since most business owners do not come from the financial sector, I provide an independent objective view to assess their existing talent and provide the required training and skills to develop their finance and accounting staff. After evaluating the current business processes, I continue to develop and train the current staff to enhance the internal controls to safeguard the company's assets and to improve the efficiency and timeliness of both internal and external financial reporting. During my extensive career of managing finance and IT departments, I have hired staff ranging from entry-level accounting clerks to senior accountants, IT staff, controllers and other senior management with a strong record of placing the required talent.
